17Club Davao is an event organizing body specializing on holding fan events for Carats, fans of the K-Pop group SEVENTEEN. Established in June 2023, 17Club Davao aims to revamp the city’s fandom experience by delivering memorable events with partners.

WHAT IS A CSE?
Cup Sleeve Events (CSEs) are fan-organized celebrations dedicated to K-Pop idols’ birthdays, debut anniversaries, achievements, and more.
CSEs are typically held in cafes, where fans can participate by purchasing a beverage and availing the event’s “kit.”
CSEs could be:
A 1-day event with a program for a specified number of people.
A “flowing event” that runs for several days, allowing fans to drop by the cafe at their convenient time.
A mix of both.

We partner with cafes and agree to their respective terms (i.e. customer to buy a drink first before claiming or availing their kit at the counter).
FOR PRE-ORDERED KITS
Customer walks into the cafe and buys a drink.
Customer can claim their pre-ordered kit by showing a digital event ticket to cafe staff.
Cafe staff checks a pre-order kit list after each successful claiming of kit.
FOR WALK-IN KITS
Customer walks into the cafe and buys a drink.
Customer gains the privilege to avail the event kit.
Cafe staff checks a walk-in kit list every time a successful kit purchase is made.
